Corel has just announced ParticleShop, a pluginfor Photoshop, Lightroom, and PaintShop Pro that allows users tocreate photo-realistic effects with a set of ‘life-like brushes’.Itis the first time that the company has introduced their brushtechnology outside of Corel Painter, which also received a recentupgrade to the ‘2016’ edition. ParticleShop can emulate a number ofdifferent effects with only a few brushstrokes, making it apowerful tool for the creative photographer.
The software uses Corel’s trademarked Painter Particle brushtechnology to easily recreate effects and textures such as hair,fabric, fire, smoke, fur, dust, or light. The plugin includes 11different brushes to get you started, and additional packages canbe purchased separately.
